If you are willing to spend a lot of money to make a good investment in your digital transformation and to recruit a digital business manager, then it’s self-evident to start a paperless office. A paperless office means that everything is saved in your database and every employee is able to open the file whenever it is needed.

The benefits
This is a new way to work with the documents, but most people are used to having paper in their hand where they can take notes on. But there are so many programs out there with which you can also make jottings on the digital documents.
The problem is that most of the employees don’t want any changes in their flow of work. Even though the documents are provided on the computer they print them out to work with it. Follow these steps to finally become paperless.
1st step: Conviction
To disable this mannerism give the instruction how to use the programs in your paperless office. Explain to your employees how they can note down things on the document. Explain how they are able to read l papers effectively.
2nd step: Equipment
For a better work atmosphere, supply the right work equipment. If employees have to work with many documents they need two monitors for a better overview.

3rd step: Impression
If you have personnel doing off-site work it will be good to leave a mark to your staff and customers, when they are equipped with a tablet. They no longer have to lug around multiple folders, but have full access to the tablet. Even better: The customer is able to sign on the tablet and receive the assignment on email.
Implementation
With these three steps you can implement the paperless office in your company. Convince the personnel, give them the right equipment and everything will be a lot easier.
